Development Coordinator

Development Coordinator will develop commercial and housing projects from orientation through completion. Responsibilities will include: develop budgets, obtain financing, create and revise project proformas, assemble land, negotiate purchase options and agreements, analyze construction drawings, develop and monitor construction agreements and performance, completion of monthly and all ancillary project reports.

Individual should possess a strong working knowledge of public and private financing for affordable housing. Proficient with spreadsheet analysis with Microsoft Excel. Minimum of 5 years experience. Graduate degree preferred. Valid Ohio Drivers license and reliable transportation required. Some evenings and weekends required. Salary commensurate with experience.
